Returns Policy

At Melsina, your satisfaction is our top priority. You may return items and withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days of receipt (excluding Gift Cards and customized jewellery).

• Eligibility: All items, including those purchased on promotion or sale, are eligible for return.
• Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and accompanied by original packaging.

Return Processing

• Once we receive your return package, it will be registered in our system.
• You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been processed.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your financial institution.
• The complete return and refund process may take up to 1-2 weeks from the postage date.
