This Refund and Exchange Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which MELSINA accepts returns and exchanges for products purchased through our website and other sales channels (collectively, the “Site”). 1. RETURNS

2. EXCHANGES
2.1 Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchanges for eligible items within 7 days of receiving the product, subject to stock availability. To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

2.2 Exchange Process

Once the exchange request is approved, the customer must return the item to MELSINA’s designated return address. A new item will be shipped once the returned product is received and inspected.
3. REFUND POLICY
3.1 Refund Eligibility
If your return meets the criteria outlined above, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days from the date we receive the returned product.
3.2 Partial Refunds
MELSINA reserves the right to issue a partial refund in cases where the returned item is damaged, used, or not in its original condition, or if the return request is made outside of the specified return window.
3.3 Refund Processing Fees
Refunds may be subject to processing fees in cases of misuse or non-eligibility under this policy. Any such fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS

4.2 Return Shipping Costs

All returned items will undergo an inspection process upon receipt. Items that do not meet the return criteria will be rejected, and no refund or exchange will be processed.
5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact MELSINA customer support within 7 days of receiving the product. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Once verified, MELSINA will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on stock availability and customer preference.

In the event that an incorrect product is shipped to you, please contact customer support immediately. MELSINA will arrange for the correct product to be sent, and we will cover the shipping costs for returning the incorrect item.
6. CANCELLATIONS
6.1 Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted unless the order has not been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
6.2 Refund for Canceled Orders
If an order is canceled within the allowed timeframe, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
