All Melsina orders are processed within 2 to 14 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2 to 3 working days, depending on your location. A standard shipping charge of ₹100 applies to all orders.

We offer a 7-day window for returns or exchanges from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact.

Please note: For returns, ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount as return shipping and handling charges. Exchanges are free of charge.
